Lucra Mortgages contacted me to design and supply a printed sales pack they could send to clients applying for a mortgage with them, as well as estate agents and property developers to pass onto their home buyers.

In terms of how Lucra Mortgages wanted their pack to look, this was an easy decision for them as prior to the enquiry they received one of White Horse CAD'S new client introduction packs.  Consisting of an A5 information leaflet, A6 notepad and branded pen and presented in an A5 spot UV finished interlocking folder, this was the perfect combination.  With a budget to explore options, branded key rings and miniature tape measures were also considered before settling on duplicating the contents of White Horse CAD's pack and opting for a higher print run of 1,000no. packs.

Using supplied content, I produced a full pack that fitted Lucra Mortgages' existing branding that was informative and engaging to the desired recipients, as well as a comprehensive insight into their referral rewards scheme.
