Having a TLC contract is like having your own brand manager; but at a fixed amount of time each month and with its own special perks.

It all begins with a meeting
(This bit is free, don't worry!)
Everybody's requirements are different, so in our first meeting we discuss and outline the scale of the contract needed, and determine three factors - REQUIREMENT, BUDGET and DURATION.
By balancing these factors, a contract outlining a recommended monthly allocation of hours, hourly rate and term of support is proposed for agreement by the client.

Use your time, your way
I'm here when you need me, as much as you need.
Just contact me when you need something; it's that easy - Each request, its progress and time used is logged to your work record. This record can be seen or referred to at any time with you or I require.
You'll also be updated when you are nearing your monthly allocation, so no sudden surprise if you run out of allocated time!

I need you for something else!
I'm humbled, but let's get the job done!
Sourcing print work can also be added to your TLC contract if you would like me to do this through my preferred suppliers - I'll get you a quote to approve and if you're happy with it I'll organise it and add it to that month's invoice.
Used up all your hours but something else has cropped up that you need me for? Not a problem; you can request the extra time and it will be added to your invoice for the month.
END OF MONTH >
Invoicing
It's a pleasure working with you.
At the end of each month, your TLC invoice is issued - This is for the agreed number of hours as standard, but will also include any extra hours or printing supplied that month only.
In the event of unused hours, you can choose whether to discount them from that month's invoice, or roll them over to the following month (if applicable) if you anticipate a higher demand for support is going to be needed.

Making sure TLC works for you and me!
For TLC contracts lasting 6 months or longer, a complementary 1-hour meeting is available up to once every 3 months to offer a snapshot review of hot the support contract is going for both of us - These meetings provide the only opportunities mid-contract where the monthly time allocation can be adjusted.
At the end of the contract term, an additional review meeting can be requested for the purpose of negotiating contract extensions.
